Made hair transplant here 4 months ago. 1. On the consultation there was one doctor who duscribed the prosses in his way. In the transplant day there was another doctor who did the transplant not like it was described on the consultation. They didn't confirm and didn't even inform that they will change the doctor. 2. They spoiled hairline, I'm a girl but they made me bold unnaturally musculine hairline with sharp angles. I asked a doctor to soften the line during the markup and he told it will be natural and not like straight line. But it is. It looks ugly and I need a correction now. 3. On the consultation doctor told he will not shave my current hairline only add new hair and that was a reason I desided to go for it. But because of doctor change, the new one desided to shave 2 cm of my hairline and my recovery was horrible, I had bold ugly forehead and couldn't leave home for a few month. After 4 month I see that the next 6-9 months I will have to wear huge band to cover this. I needed to add 3-5 mm, there was no reason to shave my previous hairline at all. 4. I shared all my complains with the clinic in dm a few weeks ago. But they just ignored and didn't even wrote they are sorry for my disupointment, so better to share my experience. They can't work with women, they don't understand that feminine hairline differs from masculine and they totally ignore how difficult for a woman to have a bold part of head. We are not man, it's not OK to be bold and it will not regrow within a month! It will take a year to look normal again (and since they did ugly hairline it will take more) I regret going here so much. And I think that it was not ethical to change a doctor without prior confirmation and offering a new consultation to meet the actual doctor and make sure he understands me and my needs.
