Massage was great but the atmosphere was anything BUT relaxing. A man who was getting a massage beside me kept farting extremely loudly numerous times. Making it smell very bad. Had their cell phone on loud, kept getting calls and text messages. Even took phone calls while I was getting my massage. The staff asks him to be quiet, I asked him to be quiet and he ignored everyone and kept being loud, disrespectful and obnoxious. Staff giving him the massage was laughing and thought the whole thing was amusing. I feel the situation could have been handled a lot differently. Pretty sad when you fly across the world to have relaxing daily massages in Thailand and this is what you experience. Will not be back. Very disappointed. Thank goodness there’s thousands of massage places to choose from in Pattaya.

We came to Thanya 4 Seasons Massage every day for a week - and it was absolutely worth it. The staff here are incredibly skilled, friendly and attentive. They helped me with earwax removal and realigned my spine - I haven’t felt this good in years. This place stands out as the best massage salon in the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for real healing and relaxation!
