Great massage! Very comfortable and clean environment as well. The receptionist took time to understand our requirements before the massage, and also feedback after the massage. Very friendly receptionist and masseuses. On a separate note, we also accidentally left behind a watch after our massage. Ease Me was very nice to help keep it for us overnight. Thank you so much for everything! Highly recommended to everyone visiting Hat Yai!

Well done! We were greeted with very friendly receptionist. You can choose pressure of the massage. You’ll be served tea before and after massage session. The atmosphere was so tranquil. Definitely going to repeat!

I’m honestly frustrated and disappointed. I paid 1300 baht for a 2-hour aroma oil massage — not a small amount by local standards. At that price, I expected a professional, skilled, and experienced masseur. That’s the whole reason I chose to pay more — to avoid exactly what ended up happening. What I got felt like a half-hearted, aimless rubdown by someone clearly not trained or experienced. There was no technique, no pressure control, no sense of what they were doing. Nothing was on point — not the shoulders, not the back, not even basic palm work. And the worst part? I specifically requested hand and palm focus on the arrival form — they either didn’t read it or just ignored it completely. Why even bother asking preferences if they’re not going to be respected? The place was clean and quiet, sure. But I didn’t pay 1300 baht for just a clean room and some oil. I paid to get real massage therapy. What I got felt like I was being practiced on. I chose this place expecting better. Instead, I left feeling ripped off and more tense than when I walked in. Never again.

Had a couple room for massage at this outlet. The place is newly renovated, beautiful and clean. Nice music on the background and room came with shower facility. Great renovation done for this outlet. Definitely worthy even with higher price than others given the ambience. My complaint unfortunately relates to the massage skills. Both masseues are not skillful. It pales greatly in comparison to the many cheap massage outlets along the street. 1 of the masseuse keep making small talk to the other masseuse, spoiling the whole relaxing ambience. My wife's masseuse also did not take any feedback seriously during the massage. That masseuse quickly sneak off after the massage and nowhere seen thereafter. When we walk down ourselves to the ground reception, none of the 2 receptionists smile or greet us nor ask for feedback on the massage experience. We finished our drinks, put on our shoes and left. Another point is the shampoo bottle in the shower room is also totally empty. Not very professional for a spa to not check their amenities. This experience is so unlike the other comments given earlier. Disappointing indeed. Unfortunately we are not returning again.

Peace and tranquility. You may be a bit surprised by the higher than average prices but this is not your typical Hat Yai massage place. From start to finish, you’re treated very nicely. Place is extremely clean. The masseuse did an excellent job with hitting all the right spots with the right pressure. I only wished we stayed longer than our hour long treatment.
