I did facial (600bath), pedicure manicure (200bath), and 1.5hours thai massage (300bath). Price is reasonable but the result you can refer to the pics provided. Thanks alot Nitt (petite lady) for the awesome massage but the rest is really not worth your money. Really dissapointed. Just dont waste your money and time here, some other place might be better. reply- Hi, thank you for your response. I’d like to clarify that I specifically requested manicure and pedicure with buffing only (no nail color) — and I communicated this clearly in both English and Mandarin to avoid any misunderstanding. If your staff understood my request and proceeded to provide nail care for both hands and feet, that is by definition a manicure and pedicure service — regardless of whether nail color was applied. Buffing is part of nail finishing, not a separate treatment. Your reply suggests that you are trying to separate "buffing" from "manicure and pedicure" as if they are unrelated, which is inaccurate and misleading to customers. I was charged for buffing, yet the actual manicure and pedicure steps were included in the session, meaning I did not misunderstand — If you really insist that the price is only for buffing, how come the staff did a very poor nail cleaning service on my nail. your pricing or explanation was really unclear. Please take responsibility for this confusion and clarify your service descriptions properly instead of implying customer error. I value honesty and professionalism, but your response feels dismissive rather than solution-oriented.
