I would like to share my disappointment regarding my recent visit. I booked a facial massage, as indicated on your menu, but what I actually received was a facial treatment. There was no massage at any point instead, various products were applied to my face for an hour, including a scrub and a mask that were wiped off with rough, questionable sponges. The whole process felt aggressive and unsuitable for sensitive skin. Had it been clearly stated that it was a treatment and not a massage, I would never have booked this service, as my skin is quite sensitive. In addition, my therapist started the session about 10 minutes late and did not make up for the lost time afterwards, which made the experience feel even more disappointing. We had also specifically asked to be in the same room because I suffer from anxiety when alone in closed spaces. However, in the middle of the session, the therapist attending my partner closed the curtain between us. When I turned my head, I noticed she was standing in the corner watching me which made me extremely uncomfortable and created a very strange atmosphere. Overall, this experience was unsettling, and I believe the service description on your menu is misleading.
