I'm puzzled as to why this spa has received such high ratings. Was I just unlucky, or are these reviews fake? **Ambience:** It felt like getting a spa treatment in the middle of a busy public beach. The massage room itself was clean, and each room had a balcony facing the ocean. However, it was extremely noisy. Even with both the room and balcony doors closed, I could still hear the lifeguard's whistle, the roar of jet skis, children laughing and screaming in the pool below, and music from the restaurant. The noise was overwhelming. **Spa Location:** Located in a remote area, it took me 30 minutes to get a taxi when leaving. I finished my spa session around 7 PM, and neither Grab nor Bolt had any available drivers. In the end, I asked the hotel to call a taxi, and I still had to wait 20 minutes. **Therapist's Massage Skills:** This was the worst part of the experience! It felt like she was just rubbing oil onto my skin. She seemed completely ignorant of my body and pressure points, so there was no relief for my fatigue. She simply went through the motions in a mechanical way. I repeatedly asked her to apply more pressure, but within two minutes, she'd go back to barely touching my skin. You could literally walk into any random massage parlor on the street and find a better therapist. **Price:** Not worth the money at all. Also, remember to bargain! While paying, I casually asked the receptionist if there was a discount for hotel guests. She replied that even non-guests could get a 10% discount. I appreciated the discount, but it made me wonder—those who didn't ask would end up paying more than necessary. It’s hard to believe a hotel-managed spa would operate so haphazardly. Overall, I really don’t recommend it! Unless you’re staying at this hotel and can get at least a 50% discount—and most importantly, you don’t mind the therapist’s poor technique—then you could give it a try.

Highly recommend the outdoor spa. The ocean view is stunning, it doesn’t get hot even around midday, and enjoying a professional, comfortable massage in a private pavilion makes it an excellent experience.

I can honestly say this is the best-value and overall best hotel in Pattaya. I’ve stayed here three times — every room type has beautiful views and excellent five-star service. The location is perfect, close to Sky Way and the Mermaid Restaurant, with many small shops nearby. There’s also a limited-time BBQ buffet on weekends, which is definitely worth joining — great food and fun atmosphere! Highly recommended! The only downside is the check-in at 2 PM and check-out at 12 PM.
