Special mention to Kan at the spa. She has magic hands. I came in with back pain and sciatica, and she relieved so much of it during the treatment, while also sharing practical tips I could use at home. Absolutely outstanding. Left there absolutely rejuvenated. The spa is genuinely unparalleled to any other spa experience I’ve had in Bangkok—or Thailand in general. The staff are incredibly professional, caring, and consistently welcoming from the moment you arrive. The facility itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and genuinely calming.

Had 60min aroma oil massage programme. Very professional, well-thought and delicate throughout the entire course. I enjoyed every customer experience touch point from the aroma fragrance check to the tea break, where not a single minute was waisted. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wishes to be pampered and feel the diffefence.

I booked a 30 minute tension relief massage and 30 minute facial. Both were the best I’ve ever had. Kan was very strong (I requested hard pressure), professional and made me feel very relaxed. I wish I lived here to go all the time!
