I was not satisfied with the service. The reception lady, who is probably the manager or the owner, was very nice and welcoming. However, I could not get the shape of my nails I was asking for. As a result, I filed the nails on my hands myself. The shape of nails on my toes was very irregular. The nail polish used was a common brand, not any brand with special care for the nails. All the instruments used also very regular, and rather used many times. I felt this kind of equipment and service did not much the prices, which are much higher than the market average. When I voiced it out to the reception lady, she offered not to charge me and interrupt the service. I left with the job half done. Not an ideal situation, but in the end I agree it was better because I could go to another place and get the service with the quality I was looking for.

Charged 1,580 baht (~AUD $75) to fix ONE nail. Extra services (buffing/top coat) were done without asking or explaining pricing. No consent, no transparency. Very disappointing, tourists beware and confirm prices upfront.

Very good pedicure. They are professional saloon and the service level is the same or even better than what you would expect in a western saloon. They have many people working in the saloon so if you go with a few people you won't have to wait long. I went with a female friend and I was worried that she would have to wait for me to be done, or other way around, but they brought two of their staff immediately and started working within 2 min from us entering the saloon. They have us free tea/coffee. The cost of pedicure was 800baht. Med/Pedicure was 1400baht. And they had other services. Seems expensive for Bangkok prices, but you get what you pay for. Worth the money.

service is good but not exclusive. however, price is super high. plain one color manicure 1100 baht, not reasonable at all! not recommend , wont come back
