They looked annoyed when we walked in (we did not have a reservation) and were not welcoming at all. We asked for mani pedi and gel removal. Gel removal was fine but I noticed they reused files and nail caps. I asked if they could do a design and they said yes. The design I ended up with was not what I asked for, color was uneven and lines were crooked. I asked them to remove it and they did. They did not charge me for the paint but it was a waste of my time (and theirs). They should have just told me they cannot do the design and I would have chosen something else. Pedi was fine but the artist seemed annoyed that I wanted my nails cut shorter. Not happy with the service, sanitation, or quality of work. Overall, would not recommend.
