A Christmas Gift Turned into a Nightmare – Nature Thai Massage (Siam Square 5) This massage was booked for me as a Christmas gift through ThaiHand. It was meant to be relaxing. Instead, it became one of the worst and most upsetting experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, the place felt wrong. The shop is hidden in a dark, dirty alley with no lights at night. Most nearby shops were closed, and the area felt unsafe. Inside, I was told to wear oily, unwashed shoes. The staircase and toilet were filthy. The "massage room" wasn’t really a room—just curtains, darkness, and dirty, reused towels. The massage itself was horrible. There was no pre-massage check at all. The masseuse never spoke to me—no questions about pressure, injuries, or comfort. During the massage, she kept picking her nose and then used the same dirty hands on my face and mouth. This happened many times and was extremely disgusting. She then started hitting my body with her hands, like hard palm slaps, without warning. At one point she did this near my head without telling me to move. It was painful and shocking. She also stepped on my body with her bare feet that had been walking on the dirty floor. Without asking or saying anything, she pulled down part of my underwear. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. The hot herbal compress was smashed hard onto my body, even the back of my head. She kept leaving the room again and again. After the massage, I had a bad headache and many bruises, and later had to see a doctor. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it left me physically hurt and emotionally shaken. When we tried to complain, the staff told us to keep quiet and leave. No apology. No care. The high ratings on ThaiHand, Google, and TripAdvisor are very misleading. Because this was prepaid through ThaiHand, I felt stuck even when everything already felt wrong. Please avoid Nature Thai Massage and be very careful when booking through ThaiHand. This wasn’t just a bad massage—it was dirty, unsafe, and scary. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did.
