Pam Relax Massage

I’ve been a regular customer here for the past 2–3 years. Every time I come back to Thailand, I always make a point of visiting this place. However, this time I felt very disappointed with the massage standards, especially the therapist’s technique, which seemed quite unskilled. The main issue was that the massage did not target the muscle lines at all, and the therapist appeared unable to properly assess the client’s body or identify which areas needed more attention. During this session, the therapist focused almost entirely on my arms for nearly an hour, which was far longer than necessary, while important areas like my back and shoulders were barely worked on—just light, superficial strokes, as if trying to get through it quickly. More importantly, there was no problem-solving technique during the massage at all. When the therapist encountered tight muscles or knots—which a trained therapist should recognize and focus on to help release tension—they only pressed a few times and then moved on. It felt like they didn’t know how to handle problem areas or address the client’s actual needs. I’ve supported this business for a long time as a loyal customer and never expected the standards to drop to this level. If the shop continues to allow unskilled therapists to provide services like this, I don’t think I would feel confident coming back again, and I would have to look for another place instead.

Dada and Jeab

The staff were so lovely and accommodated our group of four without a booking. They have male and female staff if it makes you more comfortable. The facilities were clean and relaxing. Payment was up front and such good value. We all had wonderful massages.
