I booked an appointment for 17:00 and was told to come 16:30 for an obligatory COVID test before my check up. I arrived 16:25, then had to wait 40 minutes before they actually invited me to do my test which was supposed to take 20-25 minutes. I just left. Do not go there if you value your time.

wow, can't believe I see the rating drop so much for a guy upset he had to wait 40 minutes instead of 25 to get a covid test... been going to that clinic since 2009, absolutely perfect work at every visit, got fillings, root canal, wisdom tooth extractions and crown. each floor of the clinic serves a specific purposed, is filled with super skilled staff, everything is perfectly clean and organised, of course had a little pain sometimes because it's a dentist, but never had any complain.

Everyone is great Dentist is good with her work but I wish I didn’t have to leave with a wound at the corner of my lips after my dental treatment I understand it’s the last final tooth and difficult to access but most dentists have a lip guard or protector or brace or opener I don’t know what dentists call it But it helps to protect the lips and mouth from abrasion from the dentists tools that go in and out of the mouth This is the 2nd time I’m leaving with a wound from abrasion at the corner of my mouth and lips I requested for a lip or mouth protector/guard to prevent the abrasion to the corner of my lips but still nothing Just Vaseline

Asks for deposit even before 1st appointment - no treatment, just consultation. Never once seen a "hospital" in Thailand with this practice, definitely not in a reputable private hospital

My appointment was confirmed over the phone but when I arrived they informed me that they won’t take me anymore. Very unprofessional
