I've never had a dentist so eloquently and comprehensively explain my dental health before. He provided clear and actionable guidance on how to improve my brushing technique and prevent gum recession, while also providing an excellent general cleaning service. Highly professional and recommended.

The dentist was amazing (unfortunately I didn't get his name). Very professional, accepted me as a walk in (next time I'm here, I'll get an appointment), very good bedside manners, and an excelled person. He went over everything that he noticed in the area that was giving me trouble, explained what treatment procedures he recommends and what the result would be. He didn't try to push on any unnecessary or unneeded procedures just so he could make extra money. I highly recommend giving him a try if you're in the Bangkok area and have teeth issues. I went to a different place before him (that serves foreigners), and had to walk out of that place after sitting there for 30 min just to get approximate price on a filling. Here, the dentist told me the price straight away, told me he could accommodate me in about 20 min (as I said, I was a walk in), and then apologized because instead of seeing me at 1:30 pm he saw me at 1:40 pm. Amazing.

Dr. Tsai is a very professional dentist with patience. My kids are not afraid at all during the process, a big contrast comparing to see other dentists(screaming and struggling). He also patiently teaches my kids how to brush teeth in correct way. Highly recommend! The price is also reasonable.

I went here based on the reviews as I was in need of a teeth cleaning. Price was reasonable but the woman I got for the cleaning was not good. Very rough with my gums and cut me up many times. I bled a lot! It hurt for days and got an infection afterwards. NEVER had this issue before. She was too fast, careless and too sloppy. Only said 2 words to me in English and about 1000 thai words to her assistant while cleaning my teeth. I know for sure that 99% of those words were not about my cleaning, very unprofessional. I get teeth cleanings all around the world (2-3 times a year) and this was the worst in my opinion. She also missed many spots when polishing and scaling I found out later from another dentist. Never will go back or recommend to anyone!
