I just want to start by saying that this is the best dental clinic I have EVER been to!. I flew to Phuket for the first time in December 2025 and needed to get a root canal and 7 filings. I was so scared of the dentist but the team at New Smile Dentists were so amazing, gentle and very caring! They are also very affordable with pricing, saving time thousands it would have cost me to get this work done back in Australia!!! I can’t thank you enough for how much you looked after me! I cannot recommend this dentist enough, if you are thinking about coming to Phuket to get some dental work, please come to New Smile Dentists. They are amazing!! I will definitely be back every year for my check ups!! Thank you again for an amazing experience xxx

I did teeth whitening here and can recommend it. Clinic atmosphere is good (clean) and the whole team was very friendly. I felt very comfortable throughout. The dentist also gave me some tips on maintenance and oral hygiene. Book an appointment if you are considering dental treatment here! And yes they speak good English! With very fair prices.

Unfortunately a crown came loose on 1st day of Holiday in Phuket. Found New Smile Dentist on Google. Used Google maps to find location. Dentist is within Hotel complex behind Pool area, I had to ask someone where it was as not visible from street. Very professional, friendly and welcoming. Had to wait less than 30 mins for appointment and crown was put back in place. Reasonable price. Would use again but hopefully I won't have to

I could not recommend this dentist practise highly enough! A huge shout out to Dr Tik She is just a highly skilled & brilliant dentist. She explains everything so clearly and thoroughly and I left with the biggest smile on my face - literally!!! The practise is pristine & clean with all the latest dentistry equipment. Such kind, caring staff all round! And prices of around 1/3 of the price in Australia!!!! Thanks Dr Tik, see you next year ❤️

Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve had in a very long time! I arranged everything via email before leaving Melbourne, and Nipa was amazing — so helpful and responsive in finalising my treatment plan. In just four days, I had two teeth extracted, a deep clean, a 3-unit bridge, and dentures fitted to cover the front gap until I return in November to complete the rest of my treatment. The clinic is spotless and modern — I was even given a blanket because the air-conditioning was so good! I felt genuinely comfortable and at ease throughout. Surprisingly, I had no downtime at all apart from waiting for the local anaesthetic to wear off. A few hours later, I was back sipping cocktails and enjoying my holiday! I honestly couldn’t believe how pain-free the whole process was — completely different to my previous experiences in Melbourne. The technology and service are just as good (if not better) than what I’ve had back home. I was quoted $23K–$24K in Melbourne — I paid $3,380 here for all this work, and my upcoming visit in November (for a 4-unit bridge and 4 veneers) will cost $5,794.46. You do the math! Highly recommend. My new local — not-so-local — dentist! See you soon Nipa, Dr Chumporn and team.
