Ставлю 3 звезды только за главного доктора. Из-за ее причиной энергетики и профессионализма. В остальном не могу рекомендовать клинику по нескольким причинам - гигиена клиники оставляет желать лучшего (грязно) - персонал во временя проведения процедур выходит, заходит, делают свои дела, болтают как на базаре Это клиника, а не рынок.

Удаляла зуб в данной клинике около 2 лет назад. Сейчас решила ставить имплант. И я не понимаю, почему ваши специалисты не удалили из десны часть материала???? Первый снимок я делала у вас в стоматологии после удаления. Второй снимок я сделала сейчас. Вы видели что там осталось что-то. Почему вы это проигнорировали??? Теперь мне нужно перед имплантом удалить это из десны, затем сделать еще какие-то манипуляции и только потом я смогу ставить имплант. Соответсвенно это дополнительное время и деньги. Я жду объяснения и никому не рекомендую это место. После этого у меня теперь и назревает вопрос, а нужно ли было вообще удалять этот зуб, ведь это они мне сказали удалять, а я доверилась, думая, что специалист знает свою работу!

Обратилась с тяжелой трехдневной болью. Абсцесс каналов под коронкой. Обезболили супер, за 50 минут все 4 канала почистили, полечили. Доктор держит в курсе процедуры, общается с пациентом. Спасибо врачу, медсестрам и персоналу.

I had very uncomfortable experiences at this clinic. During a visit, I was surprised to see the receptionist spit into a rubbish bin behind the desk. I’ve never seen that in a medical setting before. The dentist seemed dismissive when I mentioned that a tooth they had worked on was painful again. They said it wasn’t their previous work and came across as though they were doing me a favor by fixing it. I was in pain, so I just went ahead with the treatment. I also noticed a stack of completed "new patient" forms left out in plain view on the side of the reception desk where people stand to check in. These included full names, ID numbers, phone numbers, addresses, and medical details. Anyone walking in the front door could easily see them. As someone who values privacy—and is currently under protective services—this really shocked and worried me. The waiting area also didn’t feel clean. The sofa bench where patients sit had visible staining and seemed heavily worn. No water or anything was offered while waiting. I also noticed that prices weren’t posted anywhere, and we were only given verbal quotes at each visit. I’m not sure if this is standard practice or simply due to how the front desk is run, but it felt unclear. The treatment ended up taking several visits for an issue I thought would be resolved in one. At the end of the second session, I was told I’d need to come back again, which surprised me. After all of that, the problem still isn’t resolved, and I’ll be going to another clinic to have the work reviewed. My partner had really encouraged me to seek treatment because I was in pain, and now we’ve spent a lot of money and time—and I’m still in pain. Due to the dismissive attitude I experienced when trying to explain concerns, and the general lack of clarity or comfort throughout the process, I don’t feel comfortable coming back.

Ma dentiste m'a envoyé vers cette clinique car ce sont des soins spécifiques dont j'avais besoin (préparation de la base pour la pose de ma couronne). C'est une dentiste très douce et qui explique les différentes étapes. Je la recommande +++++ sans hésiter car elle est très professionnelle!! Je sais ou aller pour des soins spécifiques!! Propreté et hygiène au top!
