พนักงานบริการดีมากค่ะ ทุกคนสุภาพและดูแลใส่ใจตลอด ทำให้รู้สึกสบายใจเวลามาใช้บริการ แต่มีสิ่งหนึ่งที่อยากให้คลินิกพิจารณาปรับปรุงคืออุปกรณ์ในห้องทำฟันบางส่วนดูค่อนข้างเก่า และความสะอาดยังไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร อยากให้ทางคลินิกดูแลเรื่องนี้เพิ่มเติม เพราะถ้าปรับปรุงได้จะทำให้ประสบการณ์โดยรวมดีขึ้นมากเลยค่ะ

I have an infection of 2 root canals. 1 was treated in Maenam opposite soi 5, my favoroute dentist. But 1 too small canal she asked me to go to an endodentologist in Lamai. Today i was there and the dr. not even said hello, just sat down and told me about new crown to do. Whats for 1 tooth impossible. It would be an inlay. She did not ask me an anamnesis and what is going on. Even pain i jumped off the chair and left. Before i asked them to give me my taxi money back. No. And she told me not to be an endodentologist, i should go to Bangkok Samui hospital, there will be real endodentologists.

Back in 2023 I ask them if they can do root canal treatment and the lady dentist say yes but what they do instead is dig a new hole in my teeth and fill it up and said it was fixed but what I found out is just a scam and the problem wasn't fix and charge 1,700 for dig a new hole that wasn't a problem. No wonder this is the worst dentist in Samui and should have been take back thier licence to be honest.

They let my upper left molar get totally decayed, for economic reasons, aiming at getting money rather than giving the right medical advice, when they coukd not do the jobbat that moment because main dentist was on holliday. As a result I lose my tooth. I will have to make a difficult implant on upper jaw instead of a simple crown. I recommend everyone to keep away from that shop. There are other good ones in samui.

Dont go there. They wont help you if you have an urgent issue. To get offered an appointment next week with acute pain is not helping. After asking if he can give us a little box or something for the crown which fell out he said go to 20 ฿ shop. Wow.

The clinic is not new, but it is clean. The staff is friendly, the doctor speaks English. They did an X-ray, cleaned the canals for a small child. They prescribed the necessary medications. Everything went carefully and quite quickly. Afterwards they made a present for the child, which was very nice. Thank you very much for your professionalism and care!
