ยอมรับแอบนอกใจไปที่อื่นมาเพราะอยู่ไกล แต่สุดท้ายก็ต้องกลับมาโบนาเหมือนเดิม เพราะชอบฝีมือคุณหมอที่นี่มากๆ น้องๆบริการดี เดี๋ยวจะแนะนำเพื่อนๆที่ทำงานไปให้อีกนะคะ

Great experience! From the moment I contacted them they had been very responsive and attentive. I didn’t have to wait at all and they were very flexible with me. This was my first time getting filler and was very nervous. I foolishly forgot to eat before I went and the numbing needle sent my body into shock. The ladies rushed out to get me snacks and drinks to help me feel better. When they could see that I was distressed one lady would hold my hand and comfort me. They made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end. 100% recommend!

Terrible service. It's all about the sale, they don't seem to care about their customers. Nobody speak any English. I'm a returning customer but two previous times were before average too. I wanted to see if they keep their word as per my pre-arranged appointment. Previously they just wanted to sell the lip filler and Botox! The first doctor didn't even get up from his chair nor look at my skin and issue nor explain the procedure how to remove some marks. I just didn't have any confidence in him. He said I would also require some Botox!!! Second time I saw another doctor but experienced a very long wait so I talked to a sales woman and arranged a booking about 12 o'clock many days in advance. I didn't mind to wait a little bit as it's normal but after 30min with the ladies just showing me their backs and nobody making any eye contact, I asked if I can speak with the one who I talked previously and I asked them the messages. One of the girls just she doesn't know who this person is! The lady who arranged the appointment said she would come to see me. She didn't do it and I found her at the back of this clinic checking her phone. After 45min of waiting, they told me another hour to wait! This was unacceptable. It would be 2 hours in total to wait to see the doctor and Then another hour ++ for the procedure. Just not acceptable! Don't go there.
