Doctor Samui clinic

I came here with a really bad ear infection right after arriving in Koh Samui and received excellent care. All the staff and nurses were kind and professional, and the doctor was incredibly caring, patient, and thorough. She explained everything clearly, walked me through the treatment options, and made me feel confident and safe from the very first moment. They performed an ear flush, cleaned everything carefully then injected steroids and showed me each step along the way. After just one day I already feel much better and I’m continuing the treatment feeling very reassured. I even shared the doctor’s report with my own doctor back home, a renowned and very critical specialist, and she confirmed that everything was done correctly, that "I was in good hands" which gave me even more peace of mind. Lastly, the medical report they provided is very detailed and will be excellent for my insurance claim. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the experience and highly recommend this clinic.

I recently used Dr. Samui Clinic while staying in Koh Samui, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Dr. Chotika, together with staff members Bussra and Wuddy, came directly to my hotel room when I was suffering from a urinary tract infection. They provided excellent service: a thorough physical examination, an on-site urine test, and clear explanations throughout. I was given the appropriate antibiotics, and just a few hours later they sent me the detailed lab results. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and very caring. The team was kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable and well looked after. If you ever need medical care in Samui, I strongly recommend Dr. Samui Clinic for their outstanding service and professionalism.

Touristen werden hier abgezockt. Rabies Impfung 3500 baht + Doktor. Dann wollten sie fälschlicherweise 5 Sitzungen statt 2 verpflichtend um noch mehr Geld zu machen. In einer anderen Klingt haben wir 800 baht für den Impfstoff gezahlt. Pure Abzocke!

Hinfahren, keine Wartezeit, kurze Vitalwerte Untersuchung wie Blutdruck und Temperatur. Dann Arztgespräch, sofortige Mitgabe aller Medikamente, besser geht es nicht. Laborwerte kommen per Mail und WhatsApp. Preise völlig akzeptabel. (Weniger als 100,-€ incl. Antibiotika und Tabletten) Es ist nicht schön, im Urlaub medizinische Hilfe zu benötigen, wenn aber, dann hier. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung! Danke an das Team vor Ort für die rasche Hilfe!

We do not recommend this clinic to other tourists. We visited for an acute digestive illness (vomiting, diarrhea). No clear diagnosis was provided, yet multiple tests and heavy treatments were proposed without proper medical explanation. An IV infusion with several medications (including antibiotics) was immediately offered for 25,000 baht, without clearly justifying why such treatment was necessary. We felt that financial considerations were prioritized over appropriate medical care. Although an initial diagnostic fee of 1,000 baht was mentioned, we were eventually charged 4,000 baht, while leaving with many unanswered questions. The patient improved naturally with rest and oral hydration, which further questioned the relevance of the proposed treatments. As tourists, this experience felt stressful, expensive, and lacking transparency.

Man wird richtig gut beraten. Wartezeit ist nicht vorhanden und die Krankenschwestern als auch die Ärztin nehmen sich extrem viel Zeit und erklären alles sehr ausführlich. Kann die Klinik nur empfehlen! So einen Service findet man in Deutschland nicht.
