Best physical therapy I injured my knee while surfing about two weeks ago and have had problems ever since. The first therapy session already made such a difference, and now after the second session, I can already see a significant improvement! They were super nice, made appointments available at short notice (since I'm not in Chiang Mai for long), and it was easy to communicate in English. I felt very well taken care of, would come back anytime, and highly recommend it to friends!

The clinic’s physio Deborah is very skilful and gentle in her treatments. She uses a mix of approaches - from massage, a Clicker to realign our ligaments and Indiba radio frequency treatments. Pain relief for my knee arthritis and frozen shoulder was evident after the first session. I booked 4 sessions in November 2025. This is the second time we have come to Chiangmai for this very effective physiotherapist.

I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and the pain has been with me a few months. During my recent holiday in Chiang Mai, I was introduced to Deborah and decided to seek her help with it as the walking around had worsened the pain. After one session, I felt so much better! I also have other issues that developed in past few months due to strength training and she helped resolved some of it. Unfortunately I only have time for one session so it’s not possible for her to treat every issue. But she really did the best she could and gave me some relief. Deborah was careful and gentle during the treatment to minimise the pain. She was professional throughout and also taught me some exercises to do to help with plantar fasciitis. Thank you Deborah for "removing" my pain in a single session!! A recent fall left me with severe pain on my hip and unknowing to me, the muscles on my ribs too! Deborah, the resident physiotherapist, was amazingly sensitive to my every reaction during therapy, to even notice a pain i did not mention and ironically brushed off. Last year, Deborah also treated my chronic back and shoulder pain, which had been with me for the longest time. In fact, she "removed" the back aches by helping me adjust my foot positioning - a small move with huge results! She has also treated several of my friends when they visit Chiang Mai. Everyone leaves the clinic feeling so much better and requesting for more sessions. Her care and professional attention is just admirable and deserves special mention. I had unexplained pain on my lower right back, right thig n knee for about 2 months n was worried my mobility will be affected if the pain persisted. I am very thankful to Deborah for helping me realise that the cause of my pain was due to weakened hip muscles n teaching me exercises to strengthen them. After the physio sessions she did with me, my pain has been reduced significantly n I am learning to do the exercises she taught me to strengthen my hip muscles. I am glad I met her because I want to have strong muscles for as long as possible so that I can continue travelling.

I went to the clinic with a knee problem (pain and lack of movement) and after only 1 session my pain improved a lot. After 3 sessions I could go back to training with some restrictions. The doctor explained all the process and gave me some exercises to do at home. All stuff is very kind and polite. Definitely I will be back if needed some physiotherapy treatments.
