I’ve had lower back pain for 10 years. My doctor said I had a herniated disc and I’ve had two steroid injections. I came to see Anna, who performed a very thorough assessment and treated me with both physical therapy modalities and skilled manual therapy. Before treatment, my body felt stiff everywhere.
